1. General Policy
- All payments are non-refundable once a service is booked
- Refunds are only applicable under special conditions (management approval)
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refund may be considered if:
- Service cannot be provided due to spa issue
- Technical/payment error (duplicate payment)
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at least 24 hours before appointment
- Late cancellations → no refund
- No-show → no refund
4. Package / Membership Refund
- Packages are non-refundable & non-transferable
- Unused sessions will expire after validity
5. Processing Time
If approved:
- Refund processed within 5–10 business days
- Credited via original payment method
